Great photos, Derek and Janice. Looks like you're having a fabulous time! I always enjoy hawk-spotting around here and I was curious to see the pictures of the RTH you posted. It *could* be a RTH but I didn't think it's tail looked too red...but I couldn't see the tail very well anyway. Richard and I are going to check out the Royal Botanical Gardens soon. Apparently, they have a pair of nesting *bald eagles* there! Woo hoo!!
ReplyDeleteHey JAX.... it was an RTH (at least the docent said it was) but the tail colour didn't seem to show on the photo. It did when it was flying. Would love to see the bald eagles.. they are so majestic. Hope to see you in May/Jun
